If iCloud Sync stops working, becomes slow, or your devices show different songs and playlists, the copy of your library in iCloud may be out of date or corrupted. Deleting that iCloud copy and letting iReal Pro rebuild it usually fixes it. Your songs and playlists stay on your device, but it is worth making a backup first, just in case.
On the device with the most complete, up-to-date library:
- In iReal Pro, open Settings (on Mac, Preferences) and turn off iCloud Sync.
- Delete iReal Pro's data from your iCloud storage, see Apple's guide: Manage your iCloud storage.
- Back in iReal Pro, turn iCloud Sync on again, and let it finish uploading.
If iReal Pro is not listed in your iCloud storage, the data has already been deleted by another device, or iCloud Sync was never turned on in iReal Pro.
Using more than one device? Once the first device has finished, turn iCloud Sync on for your other devices one at a time, letting each finish before the next. To avoid duplicates, see Set up iCloud Sync.
