We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase, for first-time purchases of iReal Pro licenses and one-time in-app purchases bought directly from us. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original transaction date.

This covers the Mac and Windows versions bought from our own store. Your receipt comes from Paddle, our payment provider, which is also the name that appears on your bank statement.
