iOS/Android Tap on the chart to bring up the Player controls, then the bottom right icon (Chord diagram settings). Tap the Guitar or Ukulele icon, change hand options left/right.

Mac iReal Pro > Settings > General > Guitar and Ukulele chords, select (Left or Right Handed) from the dropdown menu.
