The Forums, including the Sandbox, are not archival storage for personal playlists. Forum admins purge the Sandbox every month, keeping only the last two months.

Post a playlist to the Sandbox to share it with your band, but keep your own copy. To keep playlists available for longer, put them on a file-sharing site such as Dropbox or Google Drive, or on your own or your group's website. A school band or choir, for example, can archive playlists in the school's own system. You can also email playlists in iReal Pro format straight from the app to other iReal Pro users.

Post new songs rather than personal playlists of songs that are already on the Forums, which only makes searching harder. New songs stay available in their discussion threads.

Back up your songs regularly, in case of device failure, a reset, or loss. Backups are yours to make, and we do not keep a copy. See Backup songs and playlists.
