You can adjust the tuning of the backing tracks from the standard A4 = 440 to values between 415-466Hz.

Mac

Within iReal Pro on the top left, click on iReal Pro / Settings /General to change the tuning.

 

Windows

Click on the Settings icon at the top, or File > Settings (or ctrl-comma), adjust the tuning.
