The song list can show more or less at a glance. On iPhone, iPad, and Android, choose Compact or Expanded in Settings > Song List.

 

On Mac, use View > Show as List or Show as Columns, and drag the divider to set the width. On Windows the compact and expanded toggle is not available, but you can drag the divider to widen the library or the song list.
