iReal Pro imports only iReal Pro files, in its own .html format: a single song, a playlist, or a full backup.

 

It cannot import a PDF, an audio file, a MIDI file, or a MusicXML file, so there is no way to turn one of those into an editable iReal Pro song. To add songs, get them from the Forums or create your own.
