Turn on Highlight Rehearsal Symbols and the rehearsal letters, the A, B, and so on, are drawn in red so you can find a section fast. It tints the section text too, and the color is fixed.

 

It is in Chord Chart Settings (the Aa button on iPhone, iPad, and Mac, or A on Android), and in Settings on Windows.
