Right-click on the name of the playlist > Delete
Options
Delete Playlist Only deletes the playlist but all its songs remain in your Song library and remain in any other playlists they are in;
Move All Songs to Trash all songs in the playlist are moved to Trash (there is no undo). If they list in other playlists, they are also removed.
