iReal Pro comes with 50 exercises and no other songs. Its users share thousands of chord charts for free on the Forums, and you import the ones you want without registering or logging in.

 

Tap or click the Forums globe icon at the top left (on Mac, choose View > Show Sidebar first if you do not see it). Pick a genre, open a thread, and tap the iReal Pro link in the post. In the Import Preview, preview the songs and import one or the whole playlist.
